Special Ops is proud to announce the renovation and opening of our camp grounds. We offer a choice of camping from tents to tipees, or you are welcome to bring your own equipment.
All our camp grounds are kept to the highest standard, featuring views of the Wicklow countryside both mountains and water.
Book A Stay With UsAll our camp grounds are located away from our playing areas meaning you are assured a private, relaxing stay. We have fire pits and ample firewood on site for your serene evenings.
We welcome campers of all ages but under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Can I bring my own camping gear?
You are welcome to bring your own equipment.
What is provided?
Special Ops supply your tent, water, sanitary and fire materials. We do not supply other items without prior request.
Is there secure storage?
We can provide access to our secure storage during business hours only. After business hours, we are happy to store your items securely but you will not have access to them until the next day.
Can we book games during our stay?
Yes, you are welcome to book or join existing games during your stay.
Does Special Ops have showers?
Special Ops does not currently have showers onsite but showers can be arranged by request. We are located next to a large lake that many campers use for a brisk morning dip!
Book Your Stay With UsHad a cracking time with my two lads (12 & 11) and their mate (13) Everyone was super helpful and made our stay awesome. Met some great people around the campfire over BBQ and a cold beer. Woke up early for another game in the morning. The young lads won player of the day which made it the highlight of the weekend. They said it was better than Call of Duty on the Xbox! We’re already planning our next stay. See ya soon lads!

Truly awesome experience. Mick and the staff were great. We walked part of Wicklow Way on day one and came back to a roaring campfire. We didn’t plan to play Airsoft but it looked amazing so we couldn’t resist. Wicklow’s best kept secret is Special Ops!
